Street Oca

Street Oca is a documentary about the artistic dialog between the graphics of the metropolis and the graphics of the forest.

In a partnership between Instituto Menire and Oscar Quanrente8 Gallery, indigenist Carmen Figueiredo offers a unique journey into the culture of the Kayapós, accompanying a group of mebêngôkre, as they call themselves, as they leave the heart of the Amazon rainforest for the stone jungle of the great metropolis of São Paulo. Here, these different landscapes are immersed in an artistic dialog between Kayapó culture and the street art movement.
