The tragedy of the pandemic has had several effects on animals - the increase in abandonment, cases of abuse and mistreatment within four walls, the lack of food that has hit villages, quilombos and rural communities in Minas Gerais. In this 2nd season, the docu-reality series follows the missions of Carla Sássi, a civilian firefighter and veterinarian, Marilym Nascimento, also a civilian firefighter, and our team as they face the worst stage of Covid-19 in the country to fulfill their mission: never ignore the suffering of an animal.
