Variety series 12 x 26'
No harm done! But what is the path to good nutrition amidst the madness of everyday urban life?
The series "Eating well, what's wrong with that?", presented by Flávio Passos, chef and consultant in functional gastronomy, will show the way that few people know, to make food the main source of energy to face the routine of the big cities.
It's not an easy or difficult path! In fact, eating properly is just the first step towards a fulfilling life. It would be too simplistic to think that the answer to everything is just to take care of your diet. The secret lies in understanding that we are what we eat and giving due importance to where our food comes from, understanding everyone's needs and limits, having a positive attitude towards life, exercising efficiently and being aware that our choices make all the difference! Flávio has experienced all of this first-hand - and there's nothing better than having someone who's been down this road as a guide. In addition to practical recipes and exchanges of knowledge with other experts, the series "Eating well, what's wrong with that?" aims to be a practical guide to show how to enjoy life more from the table we choose to sit at.
